Driekus has been passionate about skills training ever since being introduced to it providentially when he had to train a group of young men to make window frames whilst working in Zambia.

Today those skills have been honed by experience, and extended to a holistic view of the trainee.

Trainees should not only be proficient in a skill, but character development and the ability to make other disciples in the workplace  is also an essential part of the training.

Some of the skills that we will be looking at are welding, woodwork and also 3D computer design. The 3D design may sound like a bridge too far for most people in our area, but the reality is that it is one skill that will set them apart from the rest, and make their chances of getting good jobs a greater possibility.
